Answers to Exercises in Ch 17 1. They are not having hope nor (do
they have) the Holy Spirit. 2. On account of the good hope, the
disciples of the Lord brought these things. 3. These are the words of the Holy
Spirit. 4. Your names were written by God in
the Book of Life. 5. God saved us by means of the word of
the Lord. 6. The evil rulers did not believe on
the name of the Lord. 7. Those men said these things to the
rulers of this age. 8. You yourselves will see the face of
the Lord forever but the evil ones will not see it because they did not
believe on His name. 9. We are no longer knowing the Lord
according to (the) flesh. 10. In your flesh you saw death, but
through the Holy Spirit you are having good hope. 11. On the one hand, the letter is
killing, but on the other hand, in the Spirit you are having life. 12. We are seeing the face of the Lord
both in night and in day. 13. The disciples taught both the
rulers and the servants. 14. In that night you all saw the evil
ruler. 15. I was with the rulers in that
house. 16. But after that night, this man went
in the Spirit into the desert. 17. These are words of hope and life. 18. The Holy Spirit led him into the
temple. 19. These words were preached in that
night to the ruler's servants. 20. The bodies of the saints were
raised up. |
